**Write to [support@spirikle.com](mailto:support@spirikle.com).** That address reaches Abhishek Chauhan and the people who build Scan Clan. It is not a ticket queue, and nobody is going to answer you with a form letter.

## Ways to reach us

### E-mail

[support@spirikle.com](mailto:support@spirikle.com), for anything at all. It is the only address we publish, and it is read by the people who write the code.

### From inside the app

Settings, then Contact us. A message sent that way arrives in the same inbox and comes with the app version and platform attached, which saves a round trip.

### On Google Play

Questions and reviews on the [Play listing](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.spirikle.scanclan) are read too, but e-mail is faster and lets us ask you follow-up questions.

## What to put in a bug report

Tell us the platform and roughly what you did just before it went wrong. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it, and a report we can reproduce is one we can fix. If a particular document is involved, say what kind of file it was - you do not need to send us the document itself.

## Deleting your account, and other requests

To have your account and everything stored with it deleted, write to [support@spirikle.com](mailto:support@spirikle.com) from the address the account uses and ask. We remove it and do not keep a copy. The same address handles data requests under the [Privacy Policy](/privacy-policy/), copyright notices under the [Terms of Use](/terms-and-conditions/), press enquiries, and requests for more than the 500 MB of storage every account starts with.
