## Leaving a review

Ratings are the main way a free app with no advertising budget gets found, so they genuinely help.

### On Google Play

Open the [Scan Clan listing](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.spirikle.scanclan), scroll to Ratings and reviews, and leave a star rating with as much or as little detail as you like.

### From inside the app

Settings, then Rate us. Scan Clan asks how it is doing and takes you to the store if you want to say it publicly.

### Straight to us

Settings, then Contact us, or write to [support@spirikle.com](mailto:support@spirikle.com). Every message is read by the people who build the app.

## Something wrong instead?

If a scan came out badly, an export failed or a document went missing, please tell us before you rate it. A bug report we can reproduce is worth more than a star, and we would rather fix it.
