It processes files on the visitor's own device; nothing is uploaded. There is nothing to call from Markdown — open the page to use it. ## How to convert PNG to PDF ### 1. Add your PNGs Drop the PNG files onto the box above, or choose them from your device. ### 2. Order them Drag the images into order, then pick a page size: the image's own size, A4 or US Letter. ### 3. Convert and download Press Convert to PDF and download it. ## Lossless in, lossless out PNG is the format of screenshots and line art, and its strength is crisp edges. The PNG data goes into the PDF without being re-compressed as a JPG, so text in a screenshot stays readable at any zoom. Transparent areas show as the page behind them — white in every PDF reader. ## Questions ### Will the PDF be large? About as large as the PNG files themselves, since nothing is re-compressed. To make it smaller, run the images through [Compress PNG](/tools/compress-png/) first. ### Are my images uploaded anywhere? No. The tool runs entirely in your web browser: your files are opened and processed on your own phone or computer, and nothing is sent to a server — not to ours, not to anyone else's. The page is even set up so the browser itself blocks it from sending data elsewhere. Close the tab and nothing is left behind. ### Is it really free? Yes, completely. There is no sign-up, no daily limit, no watermark and no paid version of this tool.
